Country bumpkin and ravenous foodie working my way around the delights of Suffolk and beyond.  Passionate about local producers and good quality ingredients.  Reviewer of cafés, restaurants and new local wares.

About me:

I love food.  I eat. A lot. Too much. After beginning my career as a Teacher; in 2016 I took the leap and followed my passion for local producers and found myself on a sharp learning curve.  I made the move from the classroom to coffee and immersed myself in the local food and drink industry.   Now living the dream in the Suffolk Countryside; growing, cooking and sampling as many foodie treats as I can get my hands on.

The blog is an outlet for my love of writing as wells as a vehicle for my musings, to promote the producers and venues I feel so passionately about and a great excuse to get out and get sampling!

    Hi,

I am in the process of taking my Aunties seriously tasty yogurt recipe back to market, because I have never been able to find a more satisfying yogurt than this anywhere on the market. Therefore, I am very interested in what you are doing, and wondered if I could bring you some samples, in view of you perhaps doing a blog about it, ready for when i launch the product at the end of January 2016. Also, this yogurt is very special to Suffolk, as Suffolk is where it originated many years ago, when my Great Auntie started whipping up batches from her small kitchen along the heritage coast of Suffolk in Aldeburgh.

Please let me know what you think, and i look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Many thanks

    Amos.
